At Peptide Doc Medical, we strive to provide transparent and patient-centered care. This Cancellation Policy outlines the terms related to appointment cancellations, subscription cancellations, and recurring treatment services.
By enrolling in our services, you acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined below.
Patients may cancel or reschedule scheduled telemedicine appointments by contacting our support team at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment time.
Failure to provide adequate notice may result in:
forfeiture of consultation fees
rescheduling delays
additional administrative fees where permitted.
Once a provider consultation has occurred or medical review has begun, consultation fees become non-refundable.
Patients enrolled in recurring wellness or medication programs may cancel future renewals at any time before the next billing date.
Cancellation requests must be submitted through:
the patient portal
email support
direct communication with our support team.
Cancellation requests submitted after an order has already been processed, prescribed, or transmitted to the affiliated pharmacy may apply only to future billing cycles.
Once a prescription has been:
approved by a licensed provider
processed,
transmitted to an affiliated pharmacy
The associated order generally cannot be canceled due to pharmacy regulations and medication preparation
requirements.
Affiliated pharmacies, including Optio Rx and Boom Rx,
operate independently and are solely responsible for prescription fulfillment, dispensing, and shipping following provider approval.
Membership and Program Termination
Patients may discontinue participation in treatment programs at any time; however:
prior charges remain valid,
completed medical services remain non-refundable,
shipped medications cannot be returned.
Patients are encouraged to notify the care team before discontinuing treatment so appropriate medical guidance and transition recommendations can be provided.
Peptide Doc Medical reserves the right to delay, pause, or cancel treatment processing if:
required medical information is incomplete
laboratory requirements are not satisfied
communication attempts are unsuccessful
provider review cannot be completed safely
In certain cases, refunds or account credits may be considered at the discretion of management.
Submission of payment, completion of intake forms, or enrollment in services does not guarantee medical eligibility, prescription approval, or continuation of treatment. All treatment recommendations and prescribing decisions are subject to provider evaluation, clinical appropriateness, and applicable medical guidelines.
Patients agree to contact Peptide Doc Medical directly regarding billing concerns before initiating chargebacks or disputes with financial institutions.
We are committed to resolving concerns promptly and professionally whenever possible.
Peptide Doc Medical reserves the right to modify this
Cancellation Policy at any time in order to comply with applicable medical regulations, pharmacy requirements,
payment processor compliance standards, and operational
needs. Any updates or revisions to this policy will be posted on the website.
