At Peptide Doc Medical, patient safety and prescription compliance are our top priorities. All prescription medications offered through our platform are subject to medical review and approval by a licensed healthcare provider before any medication can be dispensed or shipped. 

Prescription Processing 

Peptide Doc Medical provides telemedicine consultation and care coordination services. Prescription medications are dispensed and fulfilled only after a licensed provider determines that treatment is medically appropriate. 

Once approved, prescriptions may be processed and dispensed by one of our affiliated licensed partner pharmacies, including: 

• Optio Rx 

• Boom Rx 

These pharmacies are independently responsible for: 

• prescription fulfillment, 

• dispensing, 

• packaging, 

• shipping,

• medication handling compliance. 

Shipping Timeline 

After provider approval and prescription processing, most orders are typically shipped within 3–7 business days, although processing and transit times may vary depending on: 

• medication availability, 

• pharmacy processing volume, 

• state regulations, 

• weather conditions, 

• carrier delays, 

• clinical review requirements. 

Patients will receive shipping confirmation and tracking information when available. 

Shipping Availability 

Peptide Doc Medical only serves patients located in states where our providers are appropriately licensed and where affiliated pharmacy fulfillment is permitted by law. Medication availability and shipping eligibility may vary by state and applicable pharmacy regulations.

Signature and Delivery Requirements 

Certain prescription medications may require: 

• adult signature upon delivery, 

• temperature-controlled packaging, 

• expedited delivery methods, 

• special handling procedures. 

Patients are responsible for providing accurate shipping information and ensuring availability to receive deliveries when required. 

Delayed, Lost, or Damaged Shipments 

If a shipment is: 

If an order is delayed, lost, damaged, or delivered incorrectly, patients are advised to contact our support team within 48 hours of the delivery date or expected arrival date for immediate assistance and resolution. 

Prescription medications are regulated products, replacement requests may require: 

• shipment verification,

• photos of packaging, 

• carrier investigation, 

• pharmacy review before resolution. 

Shipping Restrictions 

For patient safety and pharmacy compliance reasons: 

• medications cannot be rerouted once shipped,

• prescription orders cannot be shipped to P.O. boxes when prohibited, 

• shipments may require cancellation if pharmacy or provider requirements are not met. 


Non-Returnable Prescription Products 

Due to federal and state pharmacy regulations, prescription medications and compounded products cannot be returned once dispensed or shipped by the affiliated pharmacy. This policy helps ensure medication integrity, safety, and compliance with healthcare regulations. 


No Guarantee of Prescription Approval 

Submission of payment or completion of a medical intake form does not guarantee: 

• medical eligibility, 

• prescription approval, 

• medication shipment. 

All treatment decisions are made solely at the discretion of the licensed healthcare provider following clinical review.
