Submission of a medical intake form does not guarantee approval for treatment or prescription issuance. Eligibility for treatment is determined solely by a licensed medical provider based on clinical judgment and applicable medical standards.
Due to federal and state pharmacy regulations, prescription medications and compounded products cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded once processed or shipped.

If a medication arrives damaged or incorrect, patients must notify our support team within 48 hours of delivery.
If enrolled in a recurring subscription or wellness program, patients may cancel future renewals at any time prior to the next billing cycle.
