Refund Policy – Peptide Doc Medical 

At Peptide Doc Medical, we are committed to providing safe, transparent, and high-quality telemedicine and wellness services. Because our services involve medical evaluations, prescription processing, and customized treatment plans, our refund policy differs from standard retail businesses.

Please review the following policy carefully before purchasing any services or enrolling in a treatment program.

Medical Evaluations and Consultation Fees

All medical consultation and provider evaluation fees are nonrefundable once the appointment has been completed or medical review has begun.

Payment covers:

  • Provider time and professional medical review

  • Clinical assessment and eligibility determination

  • Administrative processing

  • Care coordination

Submission of a medical intake form does not guarantee approval for treatment or prescription issuance. Eligibility for treatment is determined solely by a licensed medical provider based on clinical judgment and applicable medical standards.

Prescription Medications and Compounded Products

Due to federal and state pharmacy regulations, prescription medications and compounded products cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded once processed or shipped. 

This includes: 

  • Compounded semaglutide 

  • Compounded tirzepatide 

  • Injectable medications 

  • Prescription wellness therapies 

  • Customized compounded formulations 

If a medication arrives damaged or incorrect, patients must notify our support team within 48 hours of delivery.

Subscription and Membership Programs

If enrolled in a recurring subscription or wellness program, patients may cancel future renewals at any time prior to the next billing cycle.

Cancellation requests must be submitted:

Once an order has been processed or submitted to the pharmacy, that billing cycle becomes non-refundable.

Failure to cancel before renewal may result in charges for the upcoming cycle.

Shipping Issues

If your shipment is:

  • Lost

  • Damaged

  • Incorrect

  • Delayed beyond a reasonable timeframe

Please contact our support team promptly so we can investigate and assist with resolution.

Replacement requests may require:

Photos of packaging,

Proof of damage, or confirmation from the shipping carrier.

Unauthorized Charges

Patients who believe they were charged incorrectly should contact our support team before initiating a payment dispute or chargeback with their financial institution.

We are committed to resolving billing concerns promptly and professionally.

Refund Eligibility Exceptions

Refunds may be considered on a case-by-case basis for:

  • Duplicate charges

  • Administrative billing errors

  • Orders unable to be fulfilled

  • Technical processing issues

Approved refunds may take 5–10 business days to appear depending on the financial institution.
